The Open Lower Franconian District Championships & Newcomer Karate Tournament 2023 took place in Würzburg on 24 June. Oleg from Dhammika Karate-Do Beilstein competed in the male kumite category in the -75 kg performance class. He impressed with his strong performances, fighting his way to a fantastic third place. Unfortunately, he conceded a goal in the last second and narrowly missed out on an even better placing.
A week after Oleg participated in the tournament, Chandra from the Dhammika Karate-Do Dojo in Seebronn competed in the European Masters Games in Finland. He secured third place in the men’s +50yrs kata category.
