The Dhammika Karate section of SC Ilsfeld is organising a self-defence seminar for beginners on 8 March 2020. Taking place in the Schozachtalhalle in Ilsfeld from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the seminar will focus on teaching participants how to defend themselves against armed and unarmed attackers in various situations using effective defence techniques. The seminar will also cover reaction and defence training against multiple attackers.
