Growth for JKDS in Kleinheubach, Germany

The Japan Karate-Do Dhammika-Ha Shitoryu-Kai (JKDS) karate organisation continues to grow. We are delighted to officially welcome the dojo in Kleinheubach as a new partner club within our ranks, following its entry in the register of associations. Oleg Osijuk, who also serves as a trainer at the partner club in Amorbach, is the first chairman of Dhammika Karate-Do Kleinheubach e.V.

The Kleinheubach dojo grew out of Dhammika Karate-Do Amorbach e.V. The high number of participants in Amorbach led to the establishment of this branch, making organisational expansion and restructuring necessary. The new partner club in Kleinheubach allows them to cater for this increased interest even better.

This brings the total number of JKDS partner clubs in Germany back up to ten. This development highlights the ongoing popularity of our karate style in the German-speaking world.

The JKDS also operates internationally, with numerous branches in countries including Portugal, Sri Lanka, India — where it ranks among the largest Shito-Ryu schools — Ghana, Nigeria, the UK, Iran and Israel. This global network demonstrates the dynamism and international cohesion of our organisation.

We warmly welcome the dojo in Kleinheubach and look forward to our shared future within the JKDS family, as well as to further exchange and development.
