On Sunday, 5 June 2011, Uli Pahari and his team from Dhammika Karate-Do e.V. Kirchheim will welcome Guatemala-born Shihan Carlos Molina (7th Dan) to a style-open training course in the school sports hall in Kirchheim.
The course will begin at 10:00 a.m. and is expected to end at 3:00 p.m. Catering will be provided during the course.
Schedule:
10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Warm-up and introduction to the topic
10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Kata elements with bunkai
12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. Break
12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Instructional discussion: The essence of katas
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Exercises on the topic
Participation fee:
• Children up to 16 years of age: €10.00
• Young people aged 16 and over and adults: €15.00
