Dhammika Karate-Do Amorbach, our member club, invites you to a practical self-defence course on 28 March 2026 at the Parzival Sports Hall in Amorbach. The motto of the course is ‘Wehr dich, aber richtig!’ (engl. ‘Defend yourself, but do it right!‘). Led by Shihan Athula Minithanthri and Sensei Oxana Traiber, participants will learn effective techniques for defending themselves, including how to use everyday objects. The course is suitable for all ages and no prior experience is necessary.
Children will learn how to defend themselves safely in a playful way during separate sessions.
