Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Dear Karatekas and Visitors
The Christmas season has begun and the year is slowly coming to an end. It’s time to take a break, calm down and review the past few months. At the same time, it is also a time to look forward to the year ahead.
A lot of things have been different this year as well – the world has been shaken by crises in many places. But despite the challenges, we managed to stick together and support each other as best we could. With the Christmas holidays around the corner, we take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. May these days be full of love, joy and harmony. Use this time to relax and be with your loved ones. Unfortunately, this year we have received sad news about the loss of Soke Fumio Demura, Sensei Yas Miura and Hanshi Kiyoshi Yamazaki. Our deepest condolences to their families and friends at this silent time.
Christmas is above all a time for reflection, comfort and togetherness. It is a time to stop and appreciate the little things in life. Perhaps we use this time to reflect on what is really important to us and what we want to do differently in the coming year. The New Year is just around the corner and it offers us new opportunities and possibilities.
Stay healthy and full of anticipation for what the coming year has in hold for us.
