Announcement: KVBW Shito-Ryu Day 2024

We would like to invite you to the KVBW Shito-Ryu Day 2024, which will take place on Saturday, May 11, 2024 in the Langhanssporthalle in 71717 Beilstein. The training lessons will be led by the KVBW Shito-Ryu style referents, Shihan Athula, and the KDNW, Sensei Michael Stenke and Sensei Joachim Wursthorn. The training course starts at 9:30 am and ends around 4:00 pm.

In addition to advanced kihon unit and children’s training, the training course will also include bunkai/self-defense, a bo lesson as part of Ryukyu Kobudo and a kata lesson.

This training course also offers participants the opportunity to renew their C and B examiner licenses. Take advantage of this opportunity for renewal, further training and exchange with like-minded people.

Following the training course, dan examinations will take place from around 16:00. We are delighted that Hanshi Tokio Funasako will be conducting the dan examinations again this year. The team of examiners will be completed by Shihan Athula Minithanthri, Sensei Joachim Wursthorn and Sensei Jutta Fojkar.
